With close to 20 years of leadership experience, I have a strong history of building and developing high performing teams across a variety of industries. At Kabam, I built the fastest growing game on Facebook and architected their next generation gaming engine. At Inkling, I moved applications to Kubernetes and a modern CI/CD pipeline, saving the company $1M over 5 years. At August Home, I developed a new low battery warning algorithm virtually eliminating lockouts. As Head of Engineering at TastemakerX, I understand the responsibilities that come with the lead engineering role.My style is very much one of leading from the front. It's only fair that if I expect technical excellence, I should model technical excellence. In the last year, I obtained certifications both in AWS and Kubernetes. I also have a strong belief in the link between happiness and extraordinary team performance, having studied happiness with UC Berkeley. You'll find my best references are from those I have mentored and led.I'm currently interested in learning about engineering leadership roles with exciting companies. First and foremost, I'm looking for a great culture and team. I like challenges and making real change. I am looking to either stay in Infrastructure/DevOps or lead a small to medium sized engineering organization. I am open to both in person and remote work.
