Sean Gautam founded PortfolioPro, a registered investment advisory firm that served clients for 14 years. Sean has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He previously served for 10 years at a national financial consulting firm in Washington, D.C. where he was the CFO. Sean is also the author of an investment guide titled 'Risk-Based Portfolio Investing', available on Amazon.com and also golf instruction booked titled 'Zero BS Golf'. Sean is a graduate of Georgetown University Law School and also holds an MBA, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. Sean has held securities licenses including Series 65, 6 and 7. Sean is actively involved in the Charlotte community and has served on the Boards of Opera Carolina, Davidson College's affiliated Classical Public Radio WDAV 89.9, Charlotte Youth Soccer Organization and East Voyager Academy. Sean previously served on City of Charlotte boards, including the Business Advisory Committee and Charlotte International Cabinet.Sean is active with various associations and organizations, including the Rotary International (Co-Chair of Community Service, Past-President of Charlotte North Rotary 2013-14 and President for 2023-24).
