I hold a Master's Degree (Hons) in Writing from NUI Galway (2007) and a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Arts from the University of Gloucestershire (2004).I am currently employed as a full-time technical writer with Tracker Software Products. I have written forty-five user manuals that focus on PDF software, including software development kits, and total over thirty thousand pages of documentation. I also write and maintain the website Knowledge Base - a total of over five hundred articles - to assist our customers in using our products. In additional to that, I write all website copy, features lists, build histories, press releases and newsletters for PDF-XChange Co, and create instructional videos.I have over a decade of experience in professional writing and editing. I have written in many fields including, but not limited to, technical writing, journalism, copywriting, content writing, proposal writing and screenwriting.I use the Help and Manual software to write user manuals. I have a meticulous work ethic and a passion for problem-solving - I love a challenge. I have a warm personality and I am a good team member.
