Over the past 10+ years, my career journey has spanned retail, eCommerce, and merchandising where I’ve built grown new business and built technologies that enable these sectors to be successful. I like to think big and long term, evaluating the tradeoffs of a near term cost and a long term benefit. I approach every role, project, problem with a healthy dose of objectivity, outcome-mindedness, and customer centricity.I love eCommerce and marketplaces, and have been fortunate to work for start ups to the largest - Chewy.co in their late-infancy, Amazon.com, and Target, where I played a key role in launching and growing their fledgling curated 3P Marketplace. I currently work at Target as a Sr. Product Manager supporting the enterprise (stores and digital) pricing technology. In this role I get to focus on one of the most important, fundamental pieces of retail: driving affordability and price transparency to guests. Previous to this role, I helped grow new verticals for Target Plus, Target's curated 3P digital marketplace. I am proud to have stood up the Beauty, Grocery, Vitamins and Supplements, and Pets business on the platform. Prior to Target, I spent four years driving businesses for Chewy.com and Amazon.CA. These roles helped shape my appreciation for relentless customer obsession and digital retail fundamentals. Throughout this journey, I've also enjoyed the opportunity to coach others through their own career journeys and business problems. I enjoy helping others immensely. Key Achievements at Target Corporation: • Sr. Product Manager, Price Publish/Price Decision Engine: Spearheaded enhancements of pricing messaging strategies on Target.com and in stores to increase unit sales and affordability perception conversion rates. • Sr. Manager of Partner Acquisition, 3P Marketplace: Launched new product categories on Target Plus, driving rapid growth and improving forecast accuracy through automation.Other highlights: • Managed the profit and loss for Amazon Canada’s PC Devices business, negotiating with top vendors and executing successful promotional strategies for key sales events. • Led merchandising and category strategy for high-growth product lines at Chewy, improving profitability and driving sustainable growth through strategic vendor partnerships and operational efficiencies.Education: • MBA, Penn State University: Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship. • BS in Finance and Marketing, Iowa State University • Professional Certificates: Machine Learning in Business (MIT Sloan) and Agile Product Ownership (ICAgile).
