After spending ten years in the music industry, working at CMRRA, SOCAN and a Music Supervisor, I left Toronto for a smaller rural town to raise my kids in. For the next six years I worked in the family business as the Head of Business Development at Goble's Firearms where I oversaw infrastructure, HR, online presence and all advertising and promotion.During that time I was also designing and gestating Canada Brass (canadabrass.ca), a niche online store focussing on outdoor and shooting sport. I now primarily focus on the day to day running of Canada Brass while still keeping a toe in the family business as well.
