I have spent half my working life in the non-profit world and the other half in investment banking. I've taken on a variety of roles in a variety of contexts, ranging from facilitating learning and promoting organisational health in cross-cultural contexts, to working as a lawyer on international financial derivative transactions. I have managed the stakeholders and volunteers of a non-profit venture, and I have led a team of lawyers dealing with novel cross-border legal and regulatory issues. I am most effective when I am seeking solutions to complex problems, and when I am working with others to discover, learn, and do better. In my current life phase, I'm pursuing my interest in the non-profit space, in particular tackling issues of resourcing and governance.
