While most mortgage consultants focus on price and a promise of good service, I believe we need to go further. Price and service mean nothing if you are not trustworthy and competent. Through living up to those four criteria, I can rely on referrals for the majority of my business. Things have changed a lot in the industry since I started in 1995 - we did not even have computers! My clients range from CEOs of large companies to first-time homebuyers looking for someone to help guide them through the process. I specifically specialize in financing for Physicians and Dentists as well as financing for new construction and major remodeling.
