We use a combination of business strategy, statistical modeling techniques, nuanced experimentation, and economic theory with a goal of making the trade-off between price perception and profitability more efficient.

The Business Planning team monitors and predicts Wayfair's revenue performance via customer behavior driver based models used in both daily performance management and earnings guidance. We facilitate a cross functional 2 year forecast on revenue and advertising spend involving marketing and category teams that is presented to leadership. We assess ROI via payback models for the acquisitions channels and speak to specific performance drivers.
