Litigation Lawyer

Preparing and drafting scopes, packages and proposals, stakeholder engagement, obtaining financial, legal and commercial approvals, commercial/contract negotiations, management of the contract process, assisting internal customers with contract queries, issues, KPI and invoice assessment and breaches.Contracts management, including assisting managers and technical stakeholders with contractual interpretation, identifying scope, procurement and contract improvement opportunities, conducting contract review meetings with suppliers, reviewing KPIs, dealing with disputes and breach notices, liaising with the contractor parties, reviewing and managing supplier performance, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on performance and compliance, acting as a conduit between contract users and our legal department and also preparing approvals paperwork and obtaining internal project, legal and financial approvals.

Commercial litigation role - providing advice to clients, review of contracts and commercial documents, drafting of claims, court documents including pleadings and affidavits, conducting of settlement negotiations and mediation, briefing and instructing Counsel, collation of Court material, acting as instructing solicitor in Court proceeding etc.
