SEEKING INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEER CONTRIBUTORS FOR UNITED NATIONS HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS A tragic number of civilians are suffering throughout many of the Nations today as a result of unlawful armed conflict. Those who commit armed and violent crime, in general, hold the same regard for civilians as they do the rest of the law. The result is often tragedy, such as the Terror Attack on New York City in 2001 thousands of civilians destroyed, or horror beyond comprehension, the brutal massacre of Rawandan generation 1994. No matter the dispute, civilians pay the heaviest toll for Illegal Armed Activity (IAA)As many before, I am humbled and saddened to work on several Industry-Created, Managed, Delivered (I-CMD) projects, fueled by passions of those in Industry, which reduce the impossible burden IAA casts upon civilians. These prioritized efforts reduce civilian consequences of IAA by providing civilian stakeholders (CS) a collaborative environment to compile relevant data about civilians and civilian infrastructure facing risks of IAA.
