Lead relationship partner for a number of hospitals and health care organizations based in Southern Ontario and a leader in our National Life Sciences and Healthcare practice, delivering ideas and solutions to transform healthcare.The other key roles include working with teams across Canada as a member of our Value and Sales Excellence team to coach them on sales excellence and enhancing the client experience. This work spans all of our businesses, with a focus on the Audit and Assurance practice.Previously, Sean worked closely with Audit leadership to develop and implement growth strategies for Deloitte Canada and Chile's Audit Practice. As such he developed and implemented a number of key programs to support growth and the overall client experience. An advocate for continuous learning and improvement, Sean delivers sales training and coaching to partners and teams across Canada and has trained a number of partners and managers across the Americas. Sean has served on the Executive of the National Audit group, a former region of the firm, and now sits on the Value and Sales Excellence leadership team. Global roles have included Canadian Leader for the Global Capture Program, the Global Defend Program the Canadian Audit growth representative for the Americas and working with our Chilean firm on the ground to advance sales strategies. Committed to endeavours that make a difference in the community, Sean recently served a term on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, is a former Board Chair and Audit Committee Chair of the Burlington Economic Development Corporation, and a long-time supporter and active fundraiser for the United Way of Burlington/Hamilton.
