It’s how I built and led a global team of project and program managers, collaborating with engineering, analytics, marketing, and product teams to integrate new tech into over 200 products in a company-wide initiative. It’s how I managed to successfully revamp how a fintech startup PMO operated - establishing and documenting a new organizational setup that created lead roles for our highest functioning program managers. I strategically created new teams and hierarchies to align more closely with our product partners and directly and indirectly helped promote six team members within one year.
