Sean Hecker is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and complex civil litigation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has tried numerous cases to juries in federal and state courts. He also regularly defends individuals and companies in grand jury and regulatory investigations. Mr. Hecker is a Past-President of the New York Council of Defense Lawyers, previously served as Chair of the Boards of the Federal Defenders of New York, Inc. and the Office of the Appellate Defenders, and as Chair of the New York City Bar’s Mass Incarceration Task Force, and he currently serves on the Board of The New York City Bar Association.
