Manage a team of 3 BI developers. The team leads the development of reporting data models in the EDW/data marts. These models are presented in Cognos and Tableau. ERP replacement project that made it necessary to completely redevelop the data warehouse from scratch. I had the opportunity to participate. The new BI environment used Oracle 11g and Cognos 10.2.1. I also managed an OBIEE 11g environment for Trade Promotion reporting that sourced from Oracle Siebel.- Develop Framework models for business groups including Sales, Demand Planning, Production Planning and Inventory Control, Customer Service and Trade Spend Management among others. Most Framework models used DMR to mimic OLAP functionality.- Participate in star/snowflake schema reporting model architecture and design- Act as a Business Analyst to gather requirements from all different business groups- Reverse engineer legacy Informatica ETL and PL/SQL packages to gather requirements- Support OBIEE 11g reports, reporting models and environment.- Train business groups on Cognos models and tools- Developed static reports using Report Studio

- Designed data warehouse star and snowflake reporting models on SQL Server 2005 database- Used Informatica to develop ETL process to load ODS tables, archive application data and maintain reporting models- Maintain statistics, index rebuilds and database settings to ensure optimal query performance- Responsible for data warehouse batch maintenance and support- SQL and Database tuning to improve batch and report query performance- Developed BI models and reports using all Cognos tools
