I have been a resident of Cornelius since 2015 and grew up most of my life in Prairie Village, KS, until 16 years old. Living in Cornelius reminds me of the friendly people and quality of life I grew up in. Every day, I dedicate myself to bringing that same feeling of being a good neighbor and serving my community. My focus is in the Lake Norman and the Greater Charlotte area as a Residential Real Estate Broker, and advisor since 2017. Presently, Wendy Atherton and I are the Winston Dane Keller Williams Team principals in the Cornelius Lake Norman office. My experience helping homeowners sell and buy their homes, investors invest in local developments, and opportunities in Condos, Townhomes, Single Family and Multifamily has given me a unique network and perspective that provides high-caliber services to my community and clients. I am always looking to serve the community where I can. I was honored to serve and represent the Town of Cornelius for the 2020 Census. In 2021, I was appointed as an alternate for the Town of Cornelius Planning Board 2021-2022. I also sit on the Housing Committee for the Town of Cornelius established in 2020, and I am still assisting in the plan created for affordable and workforce housing needs.In addition to serving the Town of Cornelius, I am a Board Member of Little Smiles of NC, a charity benefiting North Carolina children who are in hospitals, hospices, and shelters across the state. I am also an active member of the Rotary Club of North Mecklenburg, two times Membership Chair and will be President in the 2023-2024 term. Since starting as a Real Estate Advisor, Broker in 2017, I went from going as a solo agent to a team of 4 agents, the Operations Director, a Marketing Manager, and a team of closing coordinators. In 2020 and 2021 The Team Winston Dane won the prestigious awards of Keller Williams, #2 Team Listing Agent of the Year, and the #2 Top Team Award GCI 2020. Meanwhile, in 2019, 2020-2021, I was honored to receive the Robert T. Cashion Community Service Award in recognition of Exceptional Leadership and Devoted Service to the Ideals of Rotary and the President’s Award for my services to my fellow Rotarians and the community.
