Walked into a huge project here. Migrated all the servers to the Azure cloud, setup a S2S vpn for local syncs to the cloud. Moved AD to the Azure, migrated all email from Godaddy to O365, had to re-ip the entire network as it was using public IP 's internal. rebuilt all servers from scratch and configured all NAS and vmware system correctly. Setup bandwidth monitoring using Cacti and network / server monitoring using Nagios. Implemented a help desk ticketing system and implemented MS Teams for communication. I am pretty much done here as I see no where to grow from here.
