• Work closely with manufacturing reps to prepare merchandise orders based on new product development and technical changes to their cycling equipment.• Utilize RETUL: 3-D motion capture bicycle fit technology• Assemble and inspect boxed bikes from international manufacturers, Orbea, BH, and Bianchi, insuring all mechanical parts are properly installed, operationally functional and meet all safety regulations according to manufacturer’s specs.• Perform all warranty work and maintenance on high end road bikes.• Manage all retail operations in absence of owner.

• Assist Engineers in research and development of new products: Stepper motors and O-ring plunger system for diabetic insulin pump• FEA stress/strain/displacement analysis to optimize model’s release tab for holding glucose meter and insulin pump together• Assemble meter programming devices and glucose meter prototypes• Testing of stepper motors and O-ring plunger systems: Stall torque of motors, sealing pressure and compressive properties of O-rings • Prepare Excel documents with graphs and charts for comparison • Solid modeling/manufacturing drawings of small and large scale objects, parts and assemblies and FEA and flow analysis• Quality Assurance: Testing modulation and specifications and Training-Medical Devices Modules 1 through 4• Background knowledge/introduction to injection molding and ISO Standards

• Assemble bikes: road, mountain, hybrid and children’s• Assembly includes: chains, cassette/freewheel, brake and shift cables, bartape, bottom bracket, shifters, headset, stem, handlebars, derailleur, crank sets, pedals, toe clips, and aero bars.• After-market installation of cycling computers, saddles, mirrors, lights, bells, baskets, racks, bags, and bottle cages• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on all bicycles• Prepare customer quotes for maintenance and repairs after thorough bike inspection
