I have decided to pursue my passion for helping others during this time when help and support are needed. Being both autistic with ADHD, life was never easy. During my own sabbatical, I was introduced to a vibrant community of underrated individuals. A project in progress is a series of videos teaching HR representatives and managers how to interact with neurodivergent individuals in order to maximize productivity and create a healthier work environment.I am finishing writing a memoir meant to inspire neurodivergent individuals and speak to the difference the BIPOC community had on my development and survival. Author of children's books dedicated to educating on autism and ADHD. Author of the memoir "The Little Autist That Did", telling the real story of a living Napoleon Dynamite with a Die Hard complex. This book is meant to inspire other autistic/ADHD and neurodivergent individuals in a true story of risk, accomplishment, failure and always getting back up... then smiling and asking for more.Present side-project is titled "Digital Ergonomics", which takes a critical look at the progression of user engagement and UX/UI (user experience and user interface) of multiple programs and platforms. This is very much a hobby project, given my background and partial passion for IT.

Current book being written is called "Digital Ergonomics". This book is meant to bridge the gap of understanding between quantitative analysis and psychological application and NLP. The premise is HCI or Human-Computer Interface design and the psychological adaptations, theory and automated consumer research. This is one of 6 books written about the psychological application of business and digital mediums.

Interviewed employee candidates and performed quarterly performance reviews with employees. • Reduced theft by over 50% through rebranded layout that served to concertedly increase confection sales. • Maintained management throughout store liquidation, due to Hollywood filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Liquidated 64% of the store’s inventory within 3 weeks, prior to the store being decommissioned.
