I’m Partner at McKinsey and part of Build by McKinsey, a community of designers and technologists helping clients create meaningful digital experiences and build new capabilities. I work with leaders across various industries including information technology, financial services, retail and the public sector on accelerating their business strategies through digital innovation and Agile ways of working. My areas of expertise include: integrating digital into business strategy, digital product development, AI, human-centred design, Agile ways of working and design sprint execution. I enjoy nothing more than working with clients to identify digital opportunities to fuel new growth and then getting in the trenches to help them build the platforms and capabilities needed to realise and sustain benefits for the long term. Prior to joining McKinsey Digital, I co-founded digital transformation business Hypothesis to support senior executives not only bridge the gap between strategy and execution but to do it in a way that truly embeds the power of digital to scale organisation-wide transformation efforts. Before that, I consulted to and worked at a number of banks, developing products and designing and re-engineering processes to both make operations more efficient and better meet customer needs. When I’m not at the office I’m relearning how to skateboard with my kids, thinking of the next big idea or cooking up a storm with friends.
