About Sean H. Snow

Mr. Snow is the founder and CEO of Cold Rush Express which began business in December 2019. Concurrently, he also serves as both Board Advisor / Investor of ShipEX.Prior to Cold Rush, Mr. Snow was the Founder and CEO of Interide. Interide Logistics, a subsidiary company which began in 2009, was acquired by XPO Logistics in May of 2013. After the transition with XPO he returned and assumed the role of CEO and Chairman of Interide Transport, a 145 truck refrigerated transportation company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, until its merger with Cold Carriers in April 2016.Mr. Snow served as President for XPO Logistics (NYSE: XPO) in Salt Lake City, Utah, from 2013-2014 where he was responsible for the overall management and expansion of the business both at a tactical and strategic level. Prior to Interide, he served as the founder and President of C.R. England Logistics which he grew to over $300mm prior to his departure. Mr. Snow is a frequent speaker at association meetings and conventions, including the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA), the National Industrial Transportation League (NITL) and the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), for which he served on their Board of Directors. Before his career in transportation, he owned and operated various businesses including a tax consulting company in Salt Lake City, Utah, and a concessions distribution company in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's degree in both Political Science and Sociology. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Westminster College with an emphasis in Finance.

C.R. England Logistics, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of C.R. England, Inc., the largest refrigerated carrier in the world. Mr. Snow was hired in 1998 to step in, assess the business and either fix the business or close down the organization, which was losing $300,000 per year. However, he was able to turn it around to become a top 50 3PL and Top 20 Freight Broker generating annually over $12MM in EBIT and over $300MM in revenue.Sean helped to provide all sourcing, negotiations and integration oversight for six different companies acquired in a three-year period. This successful integration enabled England Logistics to offer a broad spectrum of transportation-related services including full truckload and LTL brokerage, refrigerated and dry intermodal, transportation management as well as international freight forwarding. He has experience in creating representative offices around the world as well as a wholly owned foreign enterprise (WOFE) in the People’s Republic of China.
