Completed scope with 0 safety incidents, a productivity factor of 1.28 ($392K under labor budget), 0 NCRs (non-conformance reports) and 21% under budget for tools and supplies. Finished mechanical completion 18 days ahead of schedule.-Point person for overall project controls technology (InEight and SharePoint)-Managing project cost, schedule progress, and claiming

TIC Scope: $451 M • Lead Civil Field Engineer o Started on project in pre-job planning phase working on constructability o Managed crews/subcontractors, procured materials, tracked and claimed quantities, managed financials, maintained budget, identified construction issues, leader in safety• Lead Structural Steel Field Engineer o Help to construct the largest ever Absorber and Quencher modules ever built. Many of the same roles as Civil FE. o Worked over 70,000 man-hours incident free• Managed 2 subcontract companies - Aetna (painting - $2M contract) and Sulzer (tower internals - $3.5M contract).• Part of the Management Team for CVIS (Craft Voice in Safety)o Helped produce the Petra Nova CVIS Manual. This became a standard template company wide.• Project Environmental Coordinator – Took over Environmental lead. Duties included: managing and disposing of all waste generated on site, daily site inspections, coordination with all disciplines, maintaining compliance with all governmental and client regulationsCorporate Office • Second lead on our Benchmarking project: this helped better specify costs on past projects in order to more effectively bid future ones• Produced Field Operation Reports that provided aid to future projects in constructing various mechanical equipment
