Manage and supervise a team of 8, including material handlers shippers receivers and cycle counter. Responsible for inventory shipping and receiving accuracy procedures and constant improvements.

Make sure all Inco terms and harmonization codes are valid and correct for all items being shipped.Verify, log, receive and put away all in-bound items.Complete knowledge of interface card products lines.Prepare and verify all items for domestic and international shipping, including documentation to ensure all items clear customs for the I/C product.Work directly with the Master Scheduler to ensure product is shipped in a timely manner to customers and resolve any issues that may arise. Involved with re-works and repackaging for items received from supplier as needed.Full knowledge of all warehouse procedures including pulling delivery notes, shipping, receiving, picking, returns and inventory adjustments.Instrumental with assisting the documentation for ISO requirements.Supervise staff when warehouse supervisor is not available.NORDIA, King Street East, Kitchener, ON N2G 4L3; Assist customers with billing and programming inquiries.Trouble shooting with customers to find and repair any problems with hardware and programming.Activate and set up customers’ accounts, including activating receivers and programming.Assist customers with any problems and complaints with a professional and understanding manner to improve customer relations and satisfaction.
