Manage the materials and manufacturing labor planning systems, procedures, and personnel, of AccSys Technology's varied accelerator products, sub systems, and prototypes. Creation and monitoring of production scheduling from time of sale through delivery. Develop and maintain internal controls for both inventory and capital equipment. Monitor labor and material as related to project budgets and mitigate cost overruns. . Maintain and continually develop systems for production, productivity, inventory control, material handling, manpower planning, and other related systems.

Coordinate the manufacturing of products by organizing and monitoring work flow and prioritizing production activities with Engineering and Purchasing groups. Creation and maintenance of production schedules to meet customer project delivery demand, work-in-process inventory, finish goods inventory, and plant productivity objectives.

Promote and manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, from initial discussions, proposal development, negotiation, and manufacture/project management and installation. Responsible for drafting equipment proposals and sales contracts.
