I have been a full time real estate professional since 2007, and a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2011. During this time, I have completed more than 4,000 residential appraisals for a wide variety of A, B and private lenders and have been an award winning sales representative with both Royal LePage and Sutton Group. I am a fully designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and am the owner/operator of Apex Appraisal Inc., a boutique appraisal firm focused on high quality appraisal services, based out of Whitby, ON.My services include full appraisals, drive-by appraisals, new construction appraisals, progress reports and final inspections, marital separation, estate settlement, capital gains, relocation and power of sale appraisals.
