Directs and coordinates a broad range of activities and functions to ensure effective operations and the achievement of the Foundation's objectives, in accordance with policies. Oversight and direction of three directorates: Scholarships and Family Outreach, Resources, and Development. Serves as SOWF's Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer, as well as a non-voting member of the Finance and Investment Committee.

I lead a division of over 100 staff officers charged with management and oversight of the sensitive activities conducted within USSOCOM's 80,000 person enterprise. We are the command's representatives to the Department of Defense, Department of State, and other government agencies for formulation of regulations, directives, and policies pertaining to these activities. We author the reports required by Congress on these activities and answer congressional committee questions on resource allocation, within SOCOM's overall $11 billion annual budget. We conduct due diligence to ensure that all subordinate commands adhere to all applicable fiscal law and US Code.

I was responsible for building the means to support the Special Operations Command Central and Central Command Commanders' information requirements across the 19 nations in the Central Command's area of repsonsibility. My command provided critical operational and planning support to on-going combat operations in Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq. Information I provided contributed significantly to battlefield successes and preservation of valuable resources.

I managed and synchronized human resources, intelligence and information, operations, logistics, planning, communications, training and exercises, resourcing, and knowledge management for a global military command decisively engaged in protecting US National Security interests. I led a major staff restructure, maintaining and increasing operational performance, while developing creative solutions with less resources. I provided continuity of effort and expertise when the entirety of the C-level management changed in a three month period in 2014.

I planned and executed all of the theater Special Operations conducted in Yemen for a year following the Arab Spring. I was responsible for coordinating all training and operations with Yemen's Minister of Defense, Minister of the Interior, Coast Guard Director, and Border Guard Commander. The Ambassador relied on me, as the senior military officer at the embassy during the Huthi attempt to seize the embassy after the attack in Bengazi, Libya, to coordinate all military relief or rescue efforts. I commanded all DoD forces protecting the embassy after the attack; preventing further attacks, and restoring calm.

I executed the Commander's intent, and assumed his duties when he was unable to fulfill them. I commanded a forward deployed task force, decimating the Islamic State of Iraq and holding other anti-American groups at bay as the US withdrew combat forces. I supported initiatives to restore and preserve the Special Operations Forces and their families, after 10 years of continuous and intense combat operations.
