Sean’s area of expertise is in providing customised investment strategies for the purchase and sale of residential property.Sean has worked in the real estate industry for most of his working life, beginning his professional career with RT Edgar Glen Waverley in 1995, before moving to Ray White in the City of Monash followed by Ray White Mt Evelyn, where he covered the Yarra Ranges area.In 2007 Sean moved away from main stream real estate agent work, and honed his experience towards the buyer/vendor advocacy and property advisory industry. He was employed as a senior consultant and property advisor for Wakelin Property Advisory, servicing buyers and sellers across the Melbourne Metropolitan area, specialising in inner and middle-ring suburbs.In late 2010 Sean moved across to WBP Property Group, bringing his experience in residential property advisory to help establish WBP's move into the Buyer and Vendor Advisory market.
