I used P&ID’s, loop sheets, electrical schematics, and client’s FactoryLink standards to develop and test over 200 HMI (Operator Interfaces) process, set-up, vessel status, and overview screens. I was involved in 6 plant shutdowns to incorporate new automation, which included: •Extensive pre-shutdown staging, client acceptance, and operator training.I programmed Allen-Bradley PLC 5/80E’s using RS-Logix software. I implemented new automation in a short time frame, and debugged the software and interacted with 15 PLC programmers and 20 FactoryLink developers to design on-site solutions. I work directly with client representatives including operators, supervisors, and assistant brew masters.
