Led all business development activities with power developers, technology partners and contracting partners in renewable, alternative fuels, and industrial initiatives. - Poised company for exponential growth by increasing revenues from $16M to $100M in 4 years. Steered executive decision to shift from an EPC business model to a civil site work model, substantially mitigating long-term risk and commitment. - Led entry efforts into the industrial sector. Conducted market-wide study and technology review of the industry. Defined go-to-market strategy, targeting industrial, oil, and gas sectors. - Crafted and executed entry strategy into to power market. Reviewed potential of developing 11 sites on Granite’s land to gain necessary industry experience. Developed/negotiated 3 PPAs in 2 years. Built out 3 net metering projects totaling 1.5 MW. - Strengthened credibility within the investment community, demonstrating company’s ability to deliver renewable projects on time and on budget.
