- Researched potential suppression of transcription elongation factor Spt5 by a cold sensitive mutation via yeast mating, sporulation, and dissection microscopy. The possibility of linkage was also explored.- Reconstructed a double mutant yeast strain of an spt5 along with an chd1 mutant believed to suppress the transcription elongation factor.
