• Following the 2015 acquisition by HNA Group and subsequent restructuring, transitioned from CFO to lead the Cargo Finance Division. Worked closely with Corporate Finance to direct all financial analysis and reporting for the Division. Lead the monthly closing process, and ensured the accuracy and timeliness in field station reporting. • Managed $120M in annual revenue for Swissport’s U.S. cargo services operations, encompassing 25 warehouse facilities across 15 airports. • Rolled out a new forecasting and budgeting tool to U.S. operations. Improved access to reports, enabled in-host forecasting and budgeting, and applied KPI driven data to support and adjust financial projections. • Improved Division productivity metrics with the Corporate Office in Zurich by supplying daily verified data.

• Led all Finance department activities, policy, and reporting systems encompassing a team of 40 personnel, four Regional Financial Operations Directors, and a P&L responsibility of $800M. Reviewed and approved all capital investment requests and improved bottom-line financial performance on both a regional and station level. • Headed the financial integration process following the 2013 acquisition of Servisair, a $250M aviation services company. Reviewed accounting processes and practices onsite, integrated financial systems to achieve full financial visibility at a station level, and consolidated the P&L months ahead of schedule. • Stabilized the billing and collections process, addressing challenges posed by combining Servisair’s centralized billing system with Swissport’s decentralized, station-based system. Notified customers of billing changes, worked with stations to increase billing accuracy, and decreased days sales outstanding (DSO) by 10 days.• Drove the analysis of monthly results and forecast proposals to increase visibility and improve projections for company performance with Operations Senior Vice President, Station Managers, and Regional Financial Directors. • Saved Swissport over $60K annually by auditing and correcting vacation and sick plans that were set up incorrectly. These plans stem from the Servisair integration as well as new regulations on required sick plan leave requirements in several states, including California and Massachusetts.
