Independent research, stem cell culture, mouse handling and surgery, molecular cloning, Western blotting, fluorescence microscopy.Used conventional molecular biology techniques to explore the role of aging in skeletal muscle regeneration and homeostasis. In parallel, pursued construction of genetic devices capable of instantiating feedback control over pathological aging effects in skeletal muscle.Independent research, stem cell culture, hardware development, high content imaging, programming, data analysis. Developing a high-throughput pipeline to robotically array stem cells in 3D microenvironments, extract image data using high content fluorescence microscopy, and leverage machine learning to study and predict behavior in response to various stimuli.
