Current• Lead and coach teams as a delivery manager through Agile ceremonies, design sessions, and code reviews to drive high-performance teams resulting in high velocity and productivity increase YOY • Oversight of all activities of the agile teams and bring teams together and introduce agile values, culture, principles, and best practices. Play a role as a scrum master and product owner as needed• Lead a technology enablement team to introduce a new concept, develop a prototype to prove the concept, and implement various business products based on the outcome of proof of concept to evolve the technology landscape • Work closely with business subject matter experts, product owners, principal engineers, and enterprise architects to stay on top of high priorities and technology opportunities to add the best value to the organization• Established IBM BPM shared infrastructure (Lending BPM) for Consumer Lending Technology and platform management for operational excellence. Six applications are running under shared infrastructure• Executing and monitoring controls to ensure usage and management of application products are within policy and/or risks are managed, and remediation for any security vulnerabilities• Exceeded expectations with Business Continuity Plan (BCP) of failover and failback automation using HPOO and Ansible workflow tool. Improve RTO from 12 hours failover to 4 hours• Effectively help teams to diagnose and resolve system/application issue and provide root cause analysis• Accountable and responsible for Workflow and Business Category software governance at Technology Standard Decisions (TSC) as a category owner steward• Accountable and responsible for IBM BAW and Camunda software product life cycle• Led teams to design and develop various solutions and applications using business rules configuration solution, IBM BPM software product, Camunda, and Java custom-built applications
