A weekly trip into town to purchase all fresh stock/ consumables.• Front of House: All inquiries and bookings, check-ins and check-outs as well as all admin involving lodge operations.• Guest liaison: I became a wealth of knowledge in the surrounding area. I was responsible for guest satisfaction, dealt with guest complaints as well as provided solutions. I often provided guest entertainment, kept the children occupied and took guests on guided hikes.• Marketing: I was responsible for our online presence, ensuring all listings are kept up to date, as well as the social media platforms, which I was the first to install here and had grown a mentionable following.
