I was hired on with this organization as their Helpdesk Administrator and was promoted to the position of Network Administrator in July of 2013. My primary roles for each position include but are not limited to:Network Administrator•Maintain and update all physical (10) and virtual (23) servers across 4 network locations through the use of Microsoft’s Hyper-V resources and Pulseway system monitoring software. •Create and document the current standard operating procedures for:+Monthly server maintenance, software and hardware updates.+SAN maintenance and optimization+KMS activation and build-out+Mac OSX Server deployment, installation, and role configuration+Multiple role-specific software deployments•Maintain peak performance on SAN’s through proper drive and RAID configuration. Build out and expand storage as necessary.•Troubleshoot and configure multiple VLAN’s across 32 switches and 43 wireless access points (Aerohive)•Monitor all web traffic and bandwidth usage to maintain network stability and keep bandwidth costs within budget parameters.•Install, configure, and document all new server installs as well as any server migrations from site to site.Helpdesk Administrator•Managed a network of 350 desktop and notebook computers in a multi-site location through the use of inventory management software (Spiceworks) and performed timely maintenance as needed.•Managed and deployed 200 iPad’s among students and faculty through Cisco’s Meraki MDM. Designed profiles to allow students and faculty different levels of network access and application control.•Added new users into our Active Directory domain resources, reset passwords, created GPO’s, and performed troubleshooting for any profile conflicts.•Monitored and maintained helpdesk ticketing software (Spiceworks). Assigned and escalated tickets to their appropriate department.

•Worked in a help desk environment and provided detailed steps in how issues were resolved.•Rebuilt hardware and replaced out of date systems.•Environment was a mix of Mac OSX, Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2003 and Server 2008.•Worked directly with the Network Engineer to implement a new custom iPhone app to increase productivity during camp registration.•Worked within a telecom environment, creating custom cables as needed with the tools available.•Pulled and re-ran network cabling between cabins and the main location.

•Managed a call center with between 6 and 30 reps at any given time.•Designed processes and trained my customer service reps on how to implement them.•Took care of escalated customer calls and brought immediate resolution to the situation at hand.•Managed web presence, updates and all content for 16 separate websites including several multi-million dollar e-commerce stores. •In charge of the upkeep of our entire network, telecommunications and computer systems.•Troubleshot any and all issues with employee work stations including but not limited to, software, hardware, telecommunications and network issues. •Developed and executed a full redesign of the CRM system, web and e-mail marketing strategies as well as a return policy and RMA overhaul. •Extensive work implementing new strategies to streamline the SEO and online advertising for every site under the parent company’s umbrella.
