Responsible for coordinating all aspects of video production for event, client, and marketing creative including conception and ideation, copywriting, on-site video production and live streaming, music and sound design, motion graphics, and post-production. I worked continuously to nurture and grow relationships with third-party designers and vendors to produce award-winning digital media for leading brands in emerging markets. Working collaboratively across several divisions of Informa, our team enabled the growth of marketing services revenues by leading the production of integrated creative campaigns. I often worked closely with program managers, marketing teams, design teams, freelancers, and customers to deliver effective video solutions and strategies driven by data.

As senior creative of the agency, I was privileged to lead a team of copywriters, web, and graphic designers in the creative execution of fully integrated client branding initiatives and marketing campaigns. Our team developed creative solutions across a wide range of media including web, print, social and mobile. I also facilitated client collaboration and feedback sessions and worked to assess and improve agency processes to foster creativity and efficiency.

In this role I led the development of all outward and internal facing communications for a contact center serving fortune 500 companies. Reporting to the Marketing Director, I proudly led a two person creative team to conceptualize, design and art direct the creation of advertising, and sales materials that creatively and consistently reflected the Center Partners brand.

As the graphic designer for Center Partners, I was directly responsible for managing and overseeing all visual communications both internally and externally. I was in charge of creating new visual content for the Center Partners Marketing team including web content, print communications, internal and external visual communications, company letterhead, evolving and improving current branding and more.As the sole graphic designer for the marketing team, I also oversaw several project planning aspects relating to the design process such as managing timelines, print production, and working directly with our Copywriter to ensure all communications reached their completed state properly and on time.

At Center Partners I had the amazing opportunity to supervise and manage a group of up 35 talented individuals, specializing in sales, retention and customer satisfaction. I was responsible for maintaining client defined metrics and goals, while developing the sales, time management and communication skills of my direct reports. In this role I also took on many diverse roles in the company, having had the opportunity to develop and facilitate original agent training, create custom job aids, develop and run floor incentive plans, and participate heavily in the hiring and staffing needs of our business.
