Reignited Castrol Canada’s online presence by updating more than 300+ outdated tasks that were delayed within the last 3 years in 4 months. Created a monthly communication process that assisted team in communicating with third party marketing agency which resulted in 80% increase feedback efficiency. Achievement: Successfully lead, organized, and executed 6 different corporate events with more than 100+ employees and clients at multiple venues

At Hazelview Investments, we focus on commercial and multi-residential real estate offering prospects and partners the chance to work with our boutique to maximize short-term and long-term goals. As a member of the Institutional Sales Department team, we are responsible for identifying opportunities and developing relationships with Institutional investors and investment consultants in unique market channels. In this role, maintaining CRM is key and having the ability to work with Salesforce is a skill necessary to identify prospects, create reports, and manage contact database.

Worked along side New Accounts Administrator and Compliance Officer reporting up-to-date clientele data and allocating correct documentation and reports to assigned advisors. Using new partnered program Mako Fintech, our team was able to successfully transition from paper-based client operations to digitalized forms resulting in increased accessibility to clientele data.
