Responsible for achieving sales goals within assigned sales territory by establishing contact and building relationships with law enforcement agencies, security companies, and private dealers. Present information to co-workers on new products and customer demands at weekly sales meetings. Conduct product demonstrations to customers and make recommendations based on specific customer needs. Ensure that all appropriate paperwork is completed prior to submitting sales order. Conduct sales of firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear to law enforcement agencies, security companies, and individuals coming from beyond outside sales territories. Handle individual sales outside of retail locations. Ensure that all firearms and ammunition sales are conducted in accordance with United States Federal Law and have complete and accurate accompanying paperwork. Service accounts when outside sales representatives are unavailable. Maintain positive relationships with all accounts in order to ensure future business. Advise customers on latest industry products and advise customers on best products available according to their needs. Conduct product demonstrations of new items to customers and outside sales representatives. Serve as single source of information on status of orders, shipping, returns, and inventory.

Coordinate armed security for merchant ships traveling through the high risk piracy waters of the Gulf of Aden and Indian Ocean. Lead an international team of four security guards throughout the duration of the deployment. Assess the security measures of the ship to ensure compliance with Best Management Practices as suggested by the International Maritime Bureau. Conduct briefings to the ship’s officers and crew regarding the current piracy situation in operational areas, the status of the ship’s security measures, and the response of the security team to a pirate attack.

Prepare treatment and discharge plans for patients on a psychiatric crisis stabilization unit. Conduct group and individual counseling sessions to assist patients in achieving treatment plan goals. Make referrals to support services within the community to assist patients in better managing their mental illness. Coordinate travel arrangements for patients to placement, follow up appointments, and referral services.
