Sean is a public and social sector leader with more than 25 years of business and technology experience in helping organizations with strategy and operations, digital transformations and large implementation projects. He is responsible in leading a business unit that includes strategy, GTM, sales and delivery for the Government, Education, and Quasi Government sectors.Prior to joining TCS, he was Head of IT in the Ministry of Finance with concurrent appointment as Director and Chief Information Officer in VITAL. He has held many different roles and responsibilities such as CIO, Program Director, Project Manager and Consultant. He has managed and implemented many large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives at Whole of Government level, shared services systems for Public Healthcare (serving more than 50K healthcare users), clinical and ancillary systems for hospitals.Sean is a PAP activist and he also volunteers in Singapore Computer Society, education institutions, grassroots, government and social service organizations. Social causes that he is passionate in include, mental health, children and youth, adults with disabilities/special needs and elderly care.Sean holds a Master of Science from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), underpinned by a Bachelor's degree in IT from Monash University (Australia).
