Assist Director of Engineering in managing and implementing all projects of repair and maintenance and capital expenditure nature.Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the hotel, buildings, grounds and contents, and for the efficient and safe operation of all plant equipment. Prepares and administers preventive maintenance schedules for every item of mechanical and electrical plant or equipment, including that of other departments, and fans, pumps, and automatic control systems. Conducts frequent inspection tours to check condition of building and equipment, and to monitor work in progress.Ensures that proper stock levels are maintained, including lists of spare parts and materials required for the continued correct functioning of all plant and equipment items, and issues purchase requests as appropriate.

Provided assistance in budget related areas such as capital projects.Primary orderer of parts and processor of Engineering invoices.Coordinated in house Engineering projects with various department heads. Property manager of Keywatcher key inventory and SAFLOK lock systems.

• Ensure a high quality check in process for hotel guests. • Handle guest complaints.• Oversees front desk staff to be sure procedures are being followed.• Assist in other areas of hotel operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

Outrigger Enterprise Group

• Provides analysis on issues regarding OPERA property management system.• Performs various training and support duties for OPERA property management system where needed within Outrigger Enterprise Group.• Process OPERA property management system work orders.

Ohana Waikiki West Hotel

• Perform all job duties toward the goal of maximizing guest service while simultaneously maximizing revenue in a multi million dollar hotel operation.• Ensure each Guest Service Representative is properly trained to deliver efficient, effective service to ensure that guests are satisfied with their stay.• Rooms control coordinator when there are Maintenance and Housekeeping Projects such as general cleaning. • Analyze monthly Profit and Loss reports. • Work closely with revenue management to maximize revenue.• Ensure that the Front Office staff complies with all safety guidelines.• Help to ensure continue development of front office staff.• Communicate effectively with all department managers to ensure a smooth running operation.
