• Ensure a high quality check in process for hotel guests.

• Provides analysis on issues regarding OPERA property management system.
• Performs various training and support duties for OPERA property management system where needed within Outrigger Enterprise Group.
• Process OPERA property management system work orders.

Ohana Waikiki West Hotel

• Perform all job duties toward the goal of maximizing guest service while simultaneously maximizing revenue in a multi million dollar hotel operation.
• Ensure each Guest Service Representative is properly trained to deliver efficient, effective service to ensure that guests are satisfied with their stay.
• Rooms control coordinator when there are Maintenance and Housekeeping Projects such as general cleaning.
• Analyze monthly Profit and Loss reports.
• Work closely with revenue management to maximize revenue.
• Ensure that the Front Office staff complies with all safety guidelines.
