Managed and revised the Navy Technical Manual NAVSEA T0300-AW-MM0-010, Special Operation Air Deployment System (Combat Rubber Raiding Craft) for the C-2A Aircraft. Assisted with the publication of Marine Corps Technical Manual 11083B-OI, Operations and Organizational Maintenance Instructions with Repair Parts List, MC-7 Parachute System. Assisted with the publication of the Airborne Systems commercial technical manual for their Microfly Intruder 360 and Airborne Guidance Unit cargo parachute delivery system for a Joint Precision Air Drop System light weight requirement.

Managed and maintained the electronic database and paper-based files of 1,084 parachute systems that included equipment maintenance/inventory records, shop maintenance logs, hand receipt holders, personnel load manifests, and parachute malfunction/incident reports. Assisted with logistical support of equipping three SEAL Team deployment load-outs with all personnel and cargo parachute systems. As the Air Ops Division Training Supervisor, responsible for administrative duties, maintaining and updating all training records for the sections assigned personnel. Tracked personnel Job Qualification Requirements progress, formal Course of Instruction completions, and command training for air operations qualifications for complete and up-to-date service records. Conducted reporting of all command's parachute operations by submitting Monthly Summary Airdrop and Malfunction/Incident Reported to the Naval Safety Center and to the Commander, USAQMC&S, Ft. Lee. Designated as a Quality Assurance Inspector, ensuring all military and civilian FAA/manufacturer's regulations were followed during the packing and testing of all air equipment.

Logistics Chief/Parachute Safety Officer - Led, trained, and ensured the well-being of 2d Air Delivery Platoon’s thirty-eight Marines. While deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) 04-06.2 at Al Asad Air Base, successfully planned and carried out thirty logistical combat aerial re-supply operations in support of Regimental Combat Team 2's forward operating bases in Al Anbar Province. As the SNCOIC for the Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group at MCAF Al Asad, supervised the processed of 13,900 civilians and military personnel including 2,610 shore-tons of cargo within the OIF’s theater via civilian and military rotary and fixed wing aircraft. Represented II Marine Expeditionary Forces as the Senior Air Delivery Specialist doctrine review/writer for TECOM sponsored Training and Readiness manual working group for the Logistics Mission Essential Task review and validation of the 04XX occupation fields that comprise the Combat Service Support (CSS) community. Conducted Jumpmaster duties, supported and assisted with the execution/certification of the Marine Corps’ newest air platform, the V-22 Osprey, for static-line parachute operations during the Osprey aerial delivery operational testing phase. As the 4th Force Service Support Group, G-3 Chief - Provided Senior SNCO leadership in support of the 4th Force Service Support Group’s nine battalions and the 4th Civil Affairs Group. Supervised an operational environment that had 17 operations and exercises taking place concurrently on a daily basis, demonstrating skill in organizing and delivering briefings to operations' Officer-in-Charge, Commanding Officer, managers, and supervisors at all levels.
