Sean Lowry has over a decade of experience researching, analyzing, and counseling high-profile clients on issues at the intersections of law, policy, and markets. Currently, he is a Tax Policy Senior Manager at Accenture, where he is part of its Global Tax Policy Team. Previously, he was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Sean has also served in a number of economic policy and research positions in Washington D.C. covering macroeconomics, international trade and finance, economic development, and public finance. Notably, he spent nine years as an analyst and economist at the Congressional Research Service.
