This was recently extended to non-PH shops, where 40 sellers with ~3.5k daily orders with PHP1.4M daily revenues have been onboarded within 2 months. - Created an initiative to exempt Mall sellers from being offboarded by encouraging them to purchase at least Php ~100k worth of marketing packages during campaigns.Streamlined Shopee’s credit card Fraud SOP through efficient communications, which addressed at least 150 orders, amounting to PHP ~3M.-Cherry Mobile claims escalation was settled last April 2022 as the seller asked to be compensated on ~1.7k orders, amounting to ~PHP600k. This was resolved by offering a commercial concession worth ~PHP42k and a non-monetary marketing package.- Resolved an escalation from Digital Ocean that they want to be compensated on 34 orders, worth PHP1.3M. The investigation compensated the seller worth Php43K - Identified which ~6.5k orders were bought by fraudulent buyers and narrowed down to 129 orders that would be eligible for compensation on the seller’s shipping fee. This amounted to ~PHP13k as I have collected proof that items were indeed returned to the seller successfully.- Created dashboards for all stakeholders to easily identify which sellers are at risk of being penalized despite having marketing packages. This ensures that their sellers can participate during campaign dates, boosting their and Shopee’s revenue.
