Sean McMullen serves as the Managing Director at SLS Lodging Advisors, providing strategic leadership and oversight of Owner Relations, Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Accounting, and Sales across a 20+ hotel portfolio. Prior to SLS Lodging Advisors, Sean held multiple roles within the Revenue Management discipline at one of the country’s top management companies for over five years. During this tenure, Sean was responsible for over $100 Million in top-line revenue. His experience spans various markets across the United States, including New York, New Jersey, Michigan, North Carolina, Florida, Maryland, and Massachusetts.Sean has been involved in multiple branded and luxury hotel openings. He made his mark on projects through early-stage feasibility and acquisitions, to pre-opening leadership, management transitions, and ongoing oversight. He has made significant contributions to the successful launch of high-profile and renowned hotels, most notably The Knickerbocker, The Quin, and Greydon House Nantucket.Sean graduated from Georgetown University with his Master's in Real Estate Finance and from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst at the Isenberg School of Management where he Majored in Hospitality and Economics.Sean remains actively involved within the Georgetown University community where he is the Co-President and Founding Member of the Georgetown University Lodging Network. He also serves on the New York City Host Committee for The Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
