Responsible for the overall organizational research, strategies and platforms supporting intelligent automation and human digital augmentation, gamification, and research and tools supporting employee engagement and behavioural economics for SAP's support organization.Achievements include co-architecting the global strategic blueprint for the product support organization, impacting over 2500 employees and millions of customers, and most recently, winning the prestigious Hasso Plattner Founders' award, SAP's highest innovation and employee recognition award. Sean is also the ideator, chief design architect and co-business lead for the "Integrated Support Environment (ISE)". The ISE is effectively a smart browser that employs choice architecture, persuasive and cybernetic design, to automate repetitive tasks, and augment support staff with relevant insights in their work, learning from those interactions. Sean is currently engaged in research with top universities around stress and decision strategies.
