Lecturer in the Masters of Public Administration program at Gallaudet University, with an emphasis on public policy.

Co-founder of the Virtual ASL Academy, an e-learning business committed to education justice for deaf children. We provide tutoring, coaching, mentoring, college preparation, curriculum and content development to support deaf education. Our goal is to later establish a fully-online platform that provides curriculum, content, instructional materials, tutoring, and much more to close the achievement gap(s) for deaf students. We also plan to expand this solution to other disability groups in the future.

Volunteered on the planning committee to represent students and Deaf community stakeholders for the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) national conference in Atlanta, Georgia in February 2017, coordinated by the National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM).
