In the role of Principal Advisor Digital within the Copper Technical R&D Digital team, my key responsibilities are:- Copper product group Digital Road Map development- Map current state for tools, systems and applications- Capture purpose of tools, systems and applications- Identify interlinkages, overlaps, gaps and potential for decommissioning- Define systems, tools, applications for product group development projects- Support Vendor & Partnering guidelines development- Copper product group Digital Support- Product group technology collaboration- Identify overlapping projects and opportunities for PG to support BUs centrally- Mature and rollout the Digital Maturity Model (DMM) across Copper PG assets and projects- Provide internal project support for R&D projects - Liase with delivery leads, assets & projects, and internal and external partners to enable delivery of R&D projects- Support digital business requirements translation for R&D funded projects and connect with internal and external partners to support technology delivery projects

Greater Salt Lake City Area

- Lead the development and implantation of the site IT Strategy, IT roadmap and priorities- Manage demand and relationships with site and BU stakeholders- Manage the site IS&T team performance, development and priorities- Prepare the 5 year plan (Opex and Capex) and gain approval from the required stakeholders- Jointly with the BU stakeholders, prioritize the IT project based on costs, constraints, value, and risk- Utilize the portfolio management processes and tools to maintain the roadmap. Responsible for the integrity of the portfolio data for the BU- Responsible for the local IS&T operations, integrity and performance of components such as: LAN, servers, storage, site specific applications, site support, management of local vendors, owns the IT risk register and disaster recovery plan, and compliance with IS&T standards- Receives guidance and prioritization on operations activities from remote site manager- Accountable for the safety and behaviors of local IS&T team members, contractors and visitors

Responsible to engage with RTK business, systems, and operational resources and represent IS&T as a partner to the business. Key duties are business engagement, demand management, and coordinating delivery of IS&T services that support RTK.
