Co-wrote, engineered, and implemented an enterprise-wide medical records backup system using bash, C, and a web interface in php/mysql. Built, troubleshoot, and implemented infrastructure hardware and software to directly support medical physics and dosimetry, emphasising patient care. Assisted in troubleshooting for escalated clinical helpdesk issues and radiation oncology-specific applications. Administered SQL db backups for ~40 database servers. Coded and scripted in a variety of languages and tools as needed to automate and improve processes. Traveled nationwide as needed for rack maintenance, ESXi / p2v implementations, and major radiation oncology EMR updates.

Clinical support for radiation oncology applications, including ARIA, Mosaiq, Focal, XiO (via Fedora Core 3), and an assortment of medical physics and dosimetry applications for over 100 radiation therapy offices. Developed and maintained scripts, applications, and web portals to interface and improve existing processes. Helped implement a paperless EMR nationally and ensure compliance with Meaningful Use criteria.

Created automated ordering system for nationwide dealer network using Excel and VBA. Implemented an extensive inventory and costing system in Microsoft Dynamics that assisted meeting manufacturing production goals, ensured accurate costings and inventory tracking of finished boats and component parts. Developed custom reports for inventory, revenue, and payroll in Crystal Reports and Microsoft Dynamics' Report Writer.
