In March of 08' Sean left his corporate sales job to explore real estate investing full time with a passion for entrepreneurship. He has never looked back. He has been a life long entrepreneur, real estate investor, hustler, and world traveler for over a decade. After selling his real estate portfolio, he went on to other opportunities in short term rentals, documentary film making, online performance marketing, ecommerce and other ventures and much of it while traveling the world. Real Estate - Purchasing his first house in 2005 with $1,000, a dream and no job. He completed his first fix and flip profitably in 2006 and continued to acquire rental properties.Online Performance Marketing-After making a documentary on international dating and living in Ukraine in 2011-2013, Sean was self-taught in online lead generation. Within 90 days he hit and surpassed his goal of generating six figures online. Within two years he hit seven figures online.Accomplishments:Purchased first property in 2005 after gruadation college with no money and no job. Has bought and sold over 50 vehicles and motorcycles for pleasure and profit.Built a 1000 horsepower twin turbo mustang in his garage with no previous knowledge. Lived abroad in Ukraine for almost two years filming a documentary on the mail order bride industry. Went on to start a marriage agency in Odessa.Hitchhiked alone across eastern Europe in the summer of 2013.From 0 to $100k in online earnings in 90 days and seven figures within two years. Lived in Playa Del Carmen Mexico for 14 months. Started a vacation rental company.Self-taught pianist as an adult. Went on to partner in a Steinway piano restoration company.
