Activities included the coordination of due diligence, providing input into creation of the management agreement, negotiating capital with the new fund partners and deployment of over $12 million in deferred capital as part of the recapitalization exercise.• Worked with the Leasing teams to negotiate deals, cultivated from relationships with various market participants, to back-fill vacancies, or renew and expand tenants throughout the US.• Review and approval of budgets ensuring projects undertaken are drivers of growth in net operating income, added substantial value to the property, provided a substantial return on investment, as well as a relatively short payback period.
