Designed, implemented, and evaluated a formalized learning & development department, reducing company cost by pivoting from outsourcing content and management to internalizing the process, improving the quality and speed of employee development drastically.Directed Crescent University, the two-year leadership development program, and improved the university by focusing on concepts and issues relevant to the company stakeholders. Reintroduced gamified learning to the company by leading 4 team-based gamified learning directives. These gamified learning initiatives generated over $400,000 in savings, collections, and additional sales in 2023 alone.

Created and maintained a training matrix for both Edwardsville, IL sites, including creating individual automated alerts for OSHA mandatory recertification events.Directed and facilitated onboarding of new employees to all warehouse and office roles, including creating up-to-date training materials and content.Conducted powered industrial truck training and certification for all warehouse driving roles and increased site safety by increasing the quality of safety training delivered and content provided.

Developed training for specialized roles involving human interaction with autonomous robotics drives in active autonomous robotics areas at fulfillment centers in the United States.Worked with a team of experts and stakeholders to identify, document, and address issues of safety or efficiency in autonomous robotic drive interactions.Served in cross-functional roles as an ICQA manager, onboarding specialist, training specialist in over 20 company roles, robotics and inventory induction specialist for new fulfillment sites, outbound dock manager, and as a Gold-Star Ambassador for training over 100 company trainers.

Served as the training officer for all newly employed security officers at Lumiere Place Casino & Hotels. Created and maintained internal evaluation documents and conducted all security officer evaluations throughout the first ninety (90) days of employment and quarterly to yearly thereafter. Trained security officers in ID validation/verification, continuum of force concepts, internal gaming procedures, communications, radio dispatch, and more.
